Katelyn Holston, Founder
Balanced Body Aesthetics and Wellness
With over 17 years of experience as a registered nurse - including time spent at the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston - Katelyn has devoted her career to compassionate, patient-centered care. Her passion for aesthetics was reignited during her work in neurology, where she saw firsthand the powerful link between confidence, wellness, and overall health.

In 2019, she founded FacEnvy with a mission to enhance natural beauty while embracing full-body and mind wellness. Most recently, she completed her certification in functional medicine, expanding her approach to care that truly bridges aesthetics and whole-body healing.

Katelyn blends medical expertise with an artistic eye to create personalized, natural-looking results. Whether through advanced injectables, skin rejuvenation, holistic wellness treatments, or support for athletic performance and recovery, she is deeply committed to helping every patient feel radiant, empowered, and confident in their own skin.

In May 2025, I graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and successfully passed the NCLEX to become a registered nurse. I am excited to begin my nursing career at Elliot Hospital, where I will be working on a post-surgical medical-surgical unit.

Over the past four years, I have had the opportunity to work alongside Katelyn as a licensed nursing assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine. Through her mentorship, I have been able to deepen my
understanding of the field and prepare for my transition into my new role as a registered nurse at Balanced Body Aesthetics & Wellness.
